Board of Directors Edit page

The Annual Membership Meeting and Elections were held April 7th, 2026. Beth White, owner of Realtime Property Mgmt spoke during ballot counting process about board responsibilities, fiduciary responsibilities, certification requirements and DBPR.  Sharyn thanked the board members whose terms are expiring, Mark Stine, Mary Lu Patterson and Regina Scotto. Six ballots were disqualified for not having signatures.  After ballot counting concluded, Beth White announced the vote tally as:

          Mark Stine 62

          Mary Lu Patterson  59

          Gail Zalarick  54

          Gerald Coleman  36

          Ann Marie Colia  25

          Patricia Fischer  25

          Denise Millicevich  23

Mark Stine, Mary Lou Patterson and Gail Zalarick are elected to serve on the board, each for a two-year term expiring in April 2028.  An Organizational Meeting was held immediately after the Membership meeting, the officers are as follows:

           Sharyn Michalczyn- President

           Mark Stine - Vice President

           Geno Valdes - Treasurer

           Mary Lou Patterson - Secretary
