Tamberlane Condominium Association is a 55 and older senior community.  Tamberlane is located off of PGA Blvd at The Avenue of the PGA, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida  33418 between the Florida Turnpike and I-95.  The community was developed in 1968-1969 and is a quiet hidden gem conveniently located to activities and shopping.  We are a community of seven buildings with three floors for a total of 136 units.  Buildings have landscaped courtyards.  The condominiums are one and two bedroom units. Each building has laundry room facilities. The property has a clubhouse with library, pool and outdoor shuffleboard, grill and patio area.  The Social Committee organizes events posted on a monthly calendar that include, Saturday Coffee/Breakfasts,  5:30 to 7:30 PM Cocktail Parties, Movie Night and afternoon mahjong and card games.

Please note if Opticaltel TV/Internet service is out, please call them but if you can not get through, the Board Members automatically text the Opticaltel Community Reps, so they make the Engineering Dept. aware of the outage.

Effective January 1, 2024 the quarterly maintenance fee will be $2390, due January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st and considered late if it is not received by the 10th of that month.  The quarterly maintenance includes building and property maintenance, insurance, building cleaning, exterior pest control, trash removal, landscaping services and cable TV and internet.
